This Privacy Policy describes how FanRevOS ("we") collects, uses, and protects information you provide when using FanRevOS at fanrevos.com.
Recovery audit requests
When you submit a recovery audit request, we collect the details you enter — your work email, your role, your agency size, the type of interest you select, an optional note about what a recovery audit would be worth to you, and your consent to be contacted. We use this only to follow up with you by email about a recovery audit. We do not ask for platform credentials and we never contact your fans.
Product activity events
To understand how the product is used, we record a small set of deliberate actions — for example, downloading the CSV template, running the field checker, or submitting a request. For field checks we store only derived information: which standard template columns were present or missing and simple counts. We never store the raw header text you paste or any fan data.
Samples and header-only checks
The field checker and the sample template work from standard template column names only — header information, not your real data. Anonymous sample analysis is processed on our server and is not stored. When you create an account, your imports are private to your account and visible only to you.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site — for example, which pages are viewed and how people move between them. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects standard usage information such as your approximate location, your device and browser, and the pages you open. This measures site traffic only; it is separate from the recovery CSV workflow and does not receive the fan or revenue data you analyze.
This information is processed by Google under its own privacy policy. You can opt out using Google's opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. We do not sell your information.
