1. The service

FanRevOS ("we," "us," "our") sells a one-time digital education product called "Agency-in-a-Box" — a set of written Standard Operating Procedure documents, training videos, a Notion workspace template, and, for the Founders' Tier, a one-time onboarding call. The product is sold business-to-business directly to agency operators. The service is operated by YZHD LLC.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to purchase on behalf of your business. The product is intended for owners and operators of business-to-business service agencies in the online creator economy. We do not sell to consumers, to creators directly, or to any business operating in industries prohibited by our payment processors.

3. License

On payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-team license to use the materials inside your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the materials outside your own team. You may adapt the materials for your own internal use.

4. Payment and billing

Pricing is shown in US dollars on the purchase page. Payment is processed by Stripe or Lemon Squeezy. The one-time purchase is a single charge at the time of order. The optional monthly update subscription is billed in advance each month at the rate shown on the purchase page; you can cancel at any time as described in the Refund Policy.

6. Service availability

We deliver the digital materials immediately upon successful payment via an automated Stripe (or Lemon Squeezy) webhook that grants access to a private Notion workspace and a video library. Median time-to-access is under 5 minutes from charge. We do not promise specific uptime for any third-party platform (Notion, Loom, Stripe, etc.) used to deliver the materials.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that following the SOPs will produce any specific business outcome, revenue, or hiring result. The materials are operational templates and educational content; outcomes depend on your own execution and market.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the materials is limited to the amount you paid for the materials in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the materials, or any reproduction of them, to operate a business in any industry prohibited by Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, or other major payment processors, including but not limited to industries listed in their respective acceptable-use policies. We reserve the right to terminate access and refuse future service if we discover such use.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify customers by email at the address on file. Continued use of the materials after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE TO BE CONFIRMED BY YZHD LLC REGISTRATION], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
