Response time

We respond to every support email within one business day (Monday–Friday, US time zones). Pre-launch (May–August 2026), we typically reply much faster — most emails get an answer the same day.

For refunds

Use the subject line "Refund request". We process refunds within 3 business days, no questions asked, within the 14-day money-back window. See the Refund Policy for full details.

For privacy requests

Use the subject line "Privacy request". We respond within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for what data we hold and your rights.

For purchase questions

Founders' Tier opens to the first 20 customers at our pre-launch price; after the cohort fills, Standard Tier pricing applies. To be first in line when checkout opens, join the waitlist on the home page.

For product feedback

If you have already bought the kit, the fastest place to share feedback or request a new SOP is the customer Slack/Discord (link in your purchase confirmation email). If you have not bought yet, email us — we read everything and the early feedback shapes what we ship next.
