14-day money-back guarantee
Every purchase from FanRevOS is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If the materials do not fit your operation within the first two weeks, you are entitled to a full refund.
How to request a refund
Email milo@yzhd.ai with the subject line "Refund request" and the email address you used at checkout. No questions, no exit interview, no form to fill in.
Processing time
We process refund requests within 3 business days of receipt. The refund is issued to the original payment method (the same Stripe charge or, where applicable, the same Lemon Squeezy order). Depending on your card issuer, the refund typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days after processing.
After the 14-day window
After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion but are typically granted in good faith if you can show that the product was materially misrepresented, technically unusable, or did not deliver what was described on the purchase page. Email us with details and we will respond within 3 business days.
Subscription cancellations
The optional monthly update subscription ($97/month) can be cancelled at any time from your account email link. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain everything you have already received. We do not pro-rate partial months but we also do not charge for any month after cancellation.
What is non-refundable
- Any 1:1 onboarding call that has already been held (the time is unrecoverable).
- Any custom-scope work that was explicitly quoted and accepted separately from the standard product.
