Summary

We collect the minimum information needed to deliver our product, accept payment, and answer your questions. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising. The full detail is below.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

• Waitlist email — when you join our pre-launch waitlist, we collect the email address you submit and, optionally, your first name, agency size, and a short note on your current operations pain. This data is collected through a form provider (Tally) and stored in our admin inbox and an internal spreadsheet.
• Purchase information — when you buy our product, our payment processors (Stripe or Lemon Squeezy) collect the information needed to process the payment, including your name, billing address, and payment method. We never see or store your full card number; the payment processor handles all card data under PCI-DSS standards.
• Product access — to deliver the materials, we create a Notion workspace invitation tied to your email address and grant access to a Loom video library. Notion and Loom store basic usage information (last access date, document views) under their own privacy policies.
• Support correspondence — when you email us, we keep the email thread to provide support and to improve future versions of the product.
• Site analytics — once enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 with IP-address anonymization to understand which pages on our site are visited and how visitors move through them. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.

3. Third-party processors we use

• Cloudflare — site hosting and CDN. Cloudflare may log standard server-request data (IP address, request path, timestamp) for security purposes.
• Tally — waitlist form and notifications.
• Stripe / Lemon Squeezy — payment processing.
• Notion — product delivery (the Notion workspace template).
• Loom — product delivery (the training video library).
• Google Analytics 4 — site usage analytics (when enabled, with anonymized IPs).
• Calendly — onboarding-call scheduling for Founders' Tier customers.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy that applies to the data they collect on their platforms.

4. Why we collect it

To deliver the product you paid for, to process refunds when requested, to answer support questions, to send the small number of emails required to operate the service (purchase receipts, onboarding-call confirmations, optional update-subscription invoices), and to improve future versions of the product. We do not send marketing emails to customers without separate opt-in.

5. How long we keep your data

• Waitlist email — until you ask us to remove it, or until 12 months after the waitlist closes, whichever comes first.
• Purchase records — for as long as required by tax law (typically 7 years in the United States).
• Product-delivery access — for the life of your license, plus 30 days after you ask us to revoke access.
• Support emails — for 24 months, then deleted unless required for an active matter.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to: access the data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; export it in a portable form; or stop processing it. To exercise any of these rights, email milo@yzhd.ai with the subject line "Privacy request". We respond within 30 days. Residents of the EU/EEA, the UK, California, and other jurisdictions with comparable privacy laws have these rights under their respective regulations.

7. Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies. Some embedded third-party services (such as analytics or form widgets) may set cookies necessary to function or to measure traffic. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify customers by email at the address on file and will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
